prestigeFOLD with pharmaceutical fold unit for minimum fold lengths

The fully automatic folding machines of the prestigeFOLD NET line of folders can now be equipped with a new unit for pharmaceutical folds. With this auxiliary equipment it is possible to create products with a minimum fold length of 28 mm.

The high degree of automation allows the complete setting of the machine via the central touch screen display. All setting elements at the flat pile feeder, fold plate stops, deflectors, fold rollers, alignment rails and delivery rollers are set automatically, without the interference of an operator.

The combination with the following optional devices and accessories permits the processing of pharmaceutical package inserts, light weight paper and other products with small folds or glued products:

Reading systems for code recognition
Labelling systems
Gluing systems
Waterscoring unit
Small format vertical stacker SKM 36

Small folds with a minimum fold length of 28 mm can be set automatically.
